STEPRIS (NIGERIA) Limited, a wholly – owned Nigerian Company was incorporated for the purpose of providing first class Engineering Consulting and Contracting services in the areas of Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, and Airconditioning Services.

 

The company is driven by a group of highly trained, experienced, self-motivated and very dynamic Professionals equipped to handle various categories of projects in Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering services. The company can therefore call upon a vast range of technical and engineering resources from within and through its technical partners.

 

STEPRIS has the capability to undertake all activities in Engineering Consulting and contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering installations and subsequently carry out the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) of various types of Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial engineering projects.

The firm is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and other professional regulatory institutions.

Bello, Nurudeen Ayotunde

Fire & Safety Specialist

Mr. Nurudeen has excellent engineering design skills in mechanical and water-based fire suppression and extinguishment systems such as FIRE SPRINKLER, HYDRANT, HOSE REEL, and FOAM SYSTEM in accordance with NFPA Standards. He has excellent risk evaluation and analysis skills using HAZOP and HAZID for pipeline design and installation, and pressure design and stress analysis of fire water lines in accordance with ASME B3.1.

Engr. Omotiloye Rotimi

Engineer OMOTILOYE Rotimi is a registered Engineer, a graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state. He has his experience in the building services sector working in various capacities across various disciplines. He spent many years in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where he was engaged dealing with installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical services of several residential, industrial and commercial buildings in Port Harcourt city and environs. He further worked and developed his engineer ing skills and other relevant professional experience in the sectors of the industry where he has handled and participated in notable private and commercial projects. 

 

His professional affiliation includes; Member Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Fellow Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Project Management Institute. He has attended and participated in seminars and professional trainings.

 

Engr. Rotimi is a well-rounded professional with bias for Project and Engineering Management. He has excellent IT and interpersonal skills.

Engr. Adenuga Adesoji

Engr. Adenuga graduated with a B. Sc (Hons)
degree in Mechanical Engineer from Ambrose
Alli University. He later bagged his Master's
Degree in mechanical engineering from the
University of Lagos (UniLag). He is a registered
member; Council for the Regulation of
Engineer (COREN) and the Nigeria Society of
Engineer.

 

A very experienced and versatile engineer, he
has a successful engineer ing design,
implementat ion and commi s s ioning
experience before joining our team. He has
been act ively involved in the design,
installation and commissioning of Plumbing
system, Central Liquefied Natural Gas (LPG)
supply and distribution and HVAC Systems.

 

Engr. Adenuga has worked with Etco Building
Services, Pivot Engineering Company Limited
and CA Consultants Limited, before joining us.
He has been involved in several projects, both
as Design engineer and Project Manager
(Mechanical), including: Federal Palace Hotel,
Sterling Bank Head Office, Yewara Hotels and
Festac Hotel amongst others.

 

He has specialized skills in the use of
engineering softwares use in the building
services industry and excellent information
technology skills.

Engr. Oladipo Adeniyi

Mr. Oladipo graduated from Ladoke Akintola
University of Technology, Ogbomosho as a
Mechanical Engineer where he bagged his
Bachelor of Engineering and Master's degrees
in Mechanical Engineering from University of
Lagos. He is experienced in installing, testing,
commissioning and handling over of projects,
preparing shop/As Built drawings for the
following HVAC projects – Chilled Water Plants,
sign-off of O & M Manuals for Cotecna project
APAPA, Heritage mall Ibadan, Chivita factory
production, Isolo, Lagos amongst others.
He is very versatile in the use of AutoCAD,
Autolisp programming, Plant Development
and Management System (PDMS. He has had
considerable drawing/IT experience having
worked in many reputable engineering and
consulting as both project and site engineer.
Niyi is a registered associate member with
Council for the Regulation of Engineering in
Nigeria (COREN), and the Nigerian Society of
Engineers (NSE).

Engr. Ayinde Moruf

Engr. Ayinde holds a first-class Honours BSc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from University of Osun State. Over the past seven years, he has been actively involved in the electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning of projects in power infrastructure for multidisciplinary projects, including private and commercial buildings.

Recently, Engr. Ayinde concluded the implementation and commissioning of a 500kVA power substation for Gascomarine Compressed Natural Gas plant and Building Management Services, including Electrical, Fire Alarm System, and more.

Before joining our team, Engr. Ayinde worked with many consulting and contracting outfits. He has participated in several projects, both as a Design Engineer and Project Manager (Electrical). His specialized skills in the use of engineering software used in the building services industry, combined with excellent information technology skills, place him at the forefront of engineering, construction, and commissioning of the company's business.

Ayinde has vast experience in the design and provision of electric power systems. He is registered with COREN and is also a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Bello, Nurudeen Ayotunde

Mr. Nurudeen has excellent engineering design skills in mechanical and water-based fire suppression and extinguishment systems such as FIRE SPRINKLER, HYDRANT, HOSE REEL, and FOAM SYSTEM in accordance with NFPA Standards. He has excellent risk evaluation and analysis skills using HAZOP and HAZID for pipeline design and installation, and pressure design and stress analysis of fire water lines in accordance with ASME B3.1. Nurudeen is also skilled in the engineering design of automatic detection and alarm systems in accordance with NFPA Standards and the development of Building Management Systems (BMS) via the integration of all safety systems to a common unit at FCC.

He has participated in the following projects before joining our organization:

  • Design of Life and Fire Safety Systems for Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Village, Guest House, Dye House, and Church.
  • Design of Life and Fire Safety Systems Plan for Purechem Industries.
  • Design, Supply, and Installation of FM-200.
  • Design, Supply, and Installation of fire safety systems including Hydrant, Hose Reel, and FM-200.
  • Design, Supply, and Installation of fire detection and Suppression system for Evergreen Apple Hangar at MMA-International, Dominion Air Hangar at MMA- International, and Quit Aviation Hangar at MMA- International.
  • Design, Supply, and Installation of Fire Suppression System for Neros Pharmaceutical Company, Sango, Ogun State.

Nurudeen's education and professional affiliation include a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Mechanical/Production Engineering, a Certificate in fire water pump installation (NFPA), a Certificate in sprinkler hydraulic calculation (PDH USA), a Certificate in Plant Design Management System (PDMS), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Shipping Technology. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers in the Metallurgical, Mining and Materials division.

 
 

Mr. Udem Ekong

Ekong is a BSc. degree holder in Financial Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ede. An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), He also has a certificate in management from the Nigerian Institute of management (NIM) Lagos. He has had quality years experience in varied accounting functions which include Development and Maintenance of all necessary financial control systems, and processes to ensure the efficient and effective management of finance.

 

He has been responsible for financial strategies of some companies she had worked for. He is very versatile in the use of various accounting softwares and very proficient in Information Technology.

 

Mr. Udeme has excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. He is also familiar with the latest Human Resource software packages such as Human Manager and e-appraisal system.
